The Role
Versaterm is seeking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to bolster the organization's ability to deliver customized CaseWorx, solution to clients across the continent. CaseWorX is a case management application customized for judicial and school safety applications. Project Managers are tasked with overseeing small dynamic teams of Business Analysts, Developers, and Quality Assurance Specialists in the delivery and implementation of our solutions.
Preferably, the position would be working out of our Lexington, SC offices but consideration will also be given to remote candidates within the United States or Canada. Candidates must be citizens or green card holders eligible to receive the necessary security clearances.
The Ideal Candidate
In order to excel, you must be well-versed in the software development lifecycle (SDLC). While not necessarily an experienced, trained developer yourself, these roles would benefit from a strong understanding of the development process. Like our other Projects Managers, you will require advanced communication and leadership skills combined with a desire to provide exceptional customer service in the delivery of our solutions to our government clients. You likely have a degree in Project Management or a Project Management designation and enjoy the opportunity to utilize your expertise in the creation of new repeatable processes that will assist the entire organization.

The Role Requirements
- 3+ years of PM experience leading software development and software implementation projects
- Strong experience using MS Project
- Experienced in managing project budgets and expenditures
- A degree in project management or a PMI Certification (PMP or CAPM)
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Management would be preferred
- Must be a US or Canadian Citizen or Green Card holder eligible for CJIS clearance
- A desire to work collaboratively with a dynamic team of exceptional individuals to deliver solutions that have the ability to make our world a better place!
