Principal Delivery Project Associate (DPA), Enterprise Customer Success - Remote

We are looking for a Principal Delivery Project Associate (DPA) to join our Global Delivery and Solutions (GD&S) team in the Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) organization. As a Principal DPA, you will play a crucial role in reviewing contracts for adherence to policy, terms, grammar, structure and style. You will collaborate with key members of the business, as well as Business Partners, such as Finance, Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Business Operations to address issues and risks around non-standard contract terms and operational processes. You will share best practices and provide leadership to the team drafting contracts. You will understand ECS Policies and the data that supports adherence to these policies. 

Work Arrangement:  This role can be a hybrid or remote role. You will report to a Senior Manager in the ECS Excellence Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts for adherence to policy, terms, grammar, structure and style to ensure excellence in customer-facing documents. 
  • Provide guidance and mentoring on the contract creation process based on lessons learned.
  • Support the team leading contracts through appropriate approvals, collaborating with key members of the business as well as important partners including Legal, Finance, and Revenue Accounting Business Partners.
  • Maintain contract templates according to established standards and policies.
  • Communicate clearly with all roles and levels in the organization.
  • Provide recommendations on how to prevent recurring issues.
  • Ensure collaboration across departments and project teams.
  • Meet the ethical and compliance standards expected of Autodesk employees.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in Customer Success.
  • Experience reviewing contracts and identification of conflicting or non-standard terms.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Professional Service Automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Upland) preferred.
  • Experience managing a variety of tasks, ensuring completion within defined Service Level Agreements.
  • Experience communicating at the appropriate level of detail, depending on the audience.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a service mindset.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • 4-year degree or equivalent.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $109,400 and $176,990. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
