- Responsible for the development of projects’ Quality Management Plans
- Audits projects for quality assurance and process conformance; ensures good quality of project deliveries
- Ensures correct application of Technical Reviews; participates in Formal Reviews
- Reports on projects’ Quality status to stakeholders
- Provides consultation and support for project teams
- Ensures Lessons Learned are collected, recorded and capitalized
- Follows-up on QRQC in project; facilitates root cause analysis sessions
- Manages corrective actions to closure
- Ensures correct closure of projects, including closure analysis, metrics collection and lessons learned posting
- Ensures correct defects management; ensures capitalization on defects
- Follows-up on the deployment of quality practices mandated by the organization inside project
- Responsible for handling customer complaints on project
- Do tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time
