Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls. This is including process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

As a Business Process Analyst (Tax Technology), you will be supporting the Global Tax Center (Indirect and Corporate Tax) in automation initiatives and projects.

As a Business Process Analyst (Tax Technology), you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and analyze business requirements and processes to determine appropriate ways to automate.

  • Leveraging existing tools such as Alteryx, Azhure, Excel VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps etc.

  • Developing automation solutions in line with standard design principles.

  • Planning, design, testing, and implementation of new automation solutions or enhancements.

  • Documenting post-implementation processes for user references.

  • Measuring post-implementation results against the business case for value generation.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience.

  • Possess knowledge of process reengineering, automation, and data analytics.

  • Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, i.e. Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Alteryx, Databricks.

  • Need Knowledge in SQL, R or Python is an added advantage.
