As a Lead Sales specialist, ALS you will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams, with the purpose of generating business opportunities. You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business and expand existing business within the actual market.
 

As a Lead Sales Specialist – Artificial Lift Services, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Driving the BH HSE culture and alignment with the Customer’s HSE culture, supporting flawless Service Delivery / Execution and driving Perfect HSE days
  • Responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities within a geographic area responsible for selling Artificial Lift product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects.
  • Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales
  • Delivering revenue and profitable growth market share for Artificial Lift Product Line
  • Driving new customer engagement, and maintain and improve existing customer relationships within the Caspian Region
  • Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
  • Promoting the value proposition of Baker Hughes to all customers.
  • Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders.
  • Handling local focus on Small-Medium size territory

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 year of experience in Sales)
  • Have minimum 3 years working experience of Artificial Lift experience in Sales.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Be fluent in English and Russian (oral and written) with native level of Azeri or Kazakh and have excellent all-round communication skills.
