This portfolio is defined as primarily Northwest US, including Alaska. Preferred location for candidate would be in the Portland, OR or Seattle, WA area.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Function as the “face of Michelin” to customers while delivering strategic messages and responding to customer needs at a local level.
  • Build consultative relationships with key decision makers at customer locations, learning their needs, business ambitions, and value drivers.
  • Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.
  • Complete “total cost of ownership” analysis for customers, using tools, processes, market and product knowledge, and other expertise to address customer needs and drive sales.
  • Share knowledge and expertise regularly with others to support learning and improvement.
  • Facilitate customer training regarding standard processes in maintenance and safety protocols.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Consistent record of success in commercial sales, account management, or related field with a strong eye for business and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to reliably connect with clients and internal partners.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proven track record to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com is a plus.
