Job description

We are seeking Sales support Analyst 🔎

Responsible for providing support to the Sales team during the whole sales lifecycle: from lead to opportunity to deal. Main deliverables are static sales material (decks, rate cards, etc.); dynamic sales material (such as proposals); and contracts. Additionally, the sales support area provides other areas with useful information regarding the sales process and the deals.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced English level.
  • HubSpot knowledge (Sales Module).
  • Knowledge of advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google tools (Docs, Sheets) or similar suites.
  • Tech knowledge and industry experience are a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Aesthetic criteria (Photoshop or Illustrator skills desirable).
  • Ability to understand and make basic adjustments to contracts based on templates, with manager or legal supervision.

Responsabilities:

  • Compose high-quality proposals and sales materials under supervision.
  • Lead of a sales support sub-area
  • Build metrics and dashboards.
  • Start analyzing basic metrics and dashboards under guidance, learning to identify trends and insights.
  • Prepare contracts using templates, and provide input on basic contract adjustments under the supervision of a manager or legal advisor.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams in proposal composition.
  • If needed, participate in client interviews to gather information.
  • Personalize and deliver templated sales material.
  • Maintain an organized document base of sales material.
  • Interface with other areas for information synchronization.
  • Mentor Junior team members in developing proposal creation skills, understanding contract management and reporting.
  • Identify and suggest basic improvements in tools and processes, contributing to the team's overall efficiency.
