Responsibilities of the Sales Admin Assistant:
- Data Collection and Entry:
- Gather performance data on the sales team from various platforms, including HubSpot, Google Sheets, Zoom, and scheduling software
- Accurately input and maintain this data within Google Sheets
- Tracking and Analysis:
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Communicate potential issues and concerns to both leadership and sales representatives
- Accountability:
- Proactively follow up with the sales team to ensure data is collected, complete, and accurate
- Maintain an assertive approach in holding team members accountable for their performance and data reporting
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Create and update SOPs as needed
- Monitor Slack channels to provide support to the sales team and ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a:
- Sales Coordinator
- Sales Administrative Assistant
- Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant to a Sales Director/Manager
- Operational background with experience in systems and processes
- Data-driven and problem-solving approach background
- Google Sheets Proficiency:
- Proficiency beyond basic skills
- Ability to find column statistics
- Proper formatting of sheets
- Identifying and managing duplicates
- Creating summaries from multiple different sheets
- Using VLOOKUP for vertical data lookups and associated value retrieval
- Pulling lists from HubSpot and inputting data into Sheets
