  • We are seeking a top-tier and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join the ISV Commercialization team. In this role, you will be responsible for the commercialization strategy for the transactable marketplace, delivering the product roadmap, defining go-to-market strategies, and ensuring operational readiness. Success in this role requires familiarity with transactional platforms, quote to cash processes, and emerging trends in consumption based models. Separately, you will also contribute to the ISV Commercialization team’s goals to prioritize OEM product launch opportunities and develop product requirements to meet partner needs across our platform products.

    You will collaborate closely with leadership, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for product launches. We are looking for someone who is confident in presenting to senior executives, effective at navigating internal processes, has strong technical skills and understanding of sophisticated systems.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement the commercialization strategy for AppExchange’s Transactable Marketplace, including transaction flows, pricing models, and SKU strategy in alignment with existing infrastructure and processes
    Understand Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework for partners and stakeholders across the user journey for contracting, provisioning, and payments in order to prioritize requirements
    Support pilots and early rollouts, capturing feedback from partners and customers
    Collaborate with Finance, ProductOps RevRec, RevOps to facilitate effective integration of Transactable Marketplace with current operations and upcoming initiatives (e.g., Lotus)
    Be responsible for operational readiness efforts to ensure systems, processes, and resources are prepared for launch
    Write and maintain effective Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that clearly define the product vision, user stories, and technical requirements for engineering teams
    Engage directly with ISV partners to gather insights into their business models, technical requirements, and difficulties on topics such as licensing, provisioning, product access across org types (dev, demo, test, etc.)
    Own ISV JTBD, prioritizing features and improvements based on OEM partner requirements
    Maintain a PRD and backlog of prioritized product features, balancing immediate ISV/OEM needs with long-term product vision and market opportunities.
    Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, marketing, sales to ensure successful product delivery and market readiness.

    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
    Solid understanding of transaction platforms and quote-to-cash workflows
    5+ years of product management experience, with proven experience of writing effective PRDs
    Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and methodologies.
    Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements and communicate them effectively to cross-functional teams.
    Ability to create detailed, structured PRDs that clearly capture the vision, requirements, and user stories
    Confident working across functions and comfortable presenting to senior leadership

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience working with ISV partners, particularly in the commercialization of software products or cloud-based solutions.
    Familiarity with partner business models, licensing strategies, and go-to-market approaches
    Experience navigating complex internal processes and collaborating with diverse teams

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,900 to $265,200.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,900 to $265,200.
