Business System Analyst

We are looking for Poland based candidate. This job is remote. Working hours 10-18 preferred due to international client.

THINGS YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Analyze and improve business processes and workflows, identifying areas for efficiency
• Work closely with IT and development teams to implement and support software solutions
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes, requirements, and solutions
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Provide training and support to users on new and existing systems

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• min 5 years of experience as a IT BA/Business System Analyst
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in banking/financial services area is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
