Why This Role Matters: As an Instrument Account Manager at Agilent, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by selling our innovative analytical instruments. This is an account focused role where you will represent Agilent to customers and act as a bridge between the company and its clients during sales activities. You will be responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned territory, industry and/or named accounts. It’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and be a vital link between Agilent and our customers. You’ll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Success: Identify and generate new sales opportunities within your assigned accounts and territories.

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop tailored approaches to meet sales quotas and implement effective strategies.

  • Customer Engagement: Promote Agilent’s groundbreaking products and solutions, keeping clients informed about the latest innovations.

  • Lead Generation: Create and refine lead generation plans while actively participating in marketing initiatives.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers at all levels.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

  • Fluent in Finnish and English.

  • Ideally based in Helsinki.

Apart from these more technical skills and qualifications, you should also bring the following:

  • A commercial thinker with a proactive approach to creating business opportunities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and arranging impactful seminars and presentations.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
