Job description

We are growing fast as a company and do our best to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup services to the global audience, and we are looking for a Salesforce Product Specialist to help us achieve our growth ambitions.

As our Salesforce Product Specialist, you will be a pivotal part of our technical sales and solutions team, responsible for leveraging your deep Salesforce expertise to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and drive successful implementations. Working closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams, you will ensure that our clients maximize the value of their Salesforce investment. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the technical aspects of our solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that each solution is aligned with business requirements and technical standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in person.
  • Manage and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure successful technical closure.
  • Maintain Salesforce cadence with meticulous documentation.
  • Support lead-generation initiatives, including events, webinars, and user groups.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise on data protection through independent consultation with Keepit’s customers.
  • Partner with the sales team to secure new clients and partners.
  • Work closely with Product Management to relay customer feedback and insights.
  • Offer pre-sales support to customers evaluating Keepit's backup solution.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a Salesforce-focused role, such as Salesforce Administrator, Solution Engineer, or Product Specialist.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce products, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations with other applications.
  • Proven experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution engineering roles, ideally within a SaaS or cloud environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, workflows, process automation, security settings, and data migration.
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and APIs, particularly REST and SOAP.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect) are a plus.
  • Experience with agile project management and tools like JIRA or Trello.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements that impact Salesforce use cases.
