Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:

This UK-based SaaS company is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow its reach and revolutionise the staff training industry. The company offers a staff training system that is accessible, affordable, and adaptable, with a growing client base. As a BDM, you'll manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and demoing to closing deals. Closed deals will be passed on to an Account Manager for ongoing support, but you'll receive an additional bonus for managing longer sales cycles involving client trials.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and connect with potential clients to build your pipeline.
  • Engaging Conversations: Nurture relationships with prospects through calls, emails, and messages, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to demo and close, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Data Mastery: Keep detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to stay ahead in the market and achieve shared goals.
