About You

You are based in Europe
You have 5+ years of experience building backend systems
Want to gain experience in LLM frameworks or workflows
You care about what you build and are autonomous and proactive in addressing product challenges, and identifying user or platform needs while writing tests to validate your assumptions
You love to learn and you constantly improve your skills and you always welcome new product and tech challenges
You are a team player, growing with and helping teammates grow, doing code reviews and pair-programming
You have a drive to solve problems, to fix something that's broken, rather than waiting for someone else to do it
It is a plus if you have relevant experience in parts of our stack:
- Typescript
- PostgreSQL (or relational databases in general)
- GCP (or another cloud provider)
- Terraform or other infrastructure as code solutions
- OpenAI compatible APIs, Langsmith, Langchain, Embeddings, etc

The Role

On a typical day, you will...

Talk with internal teams and define what relevant problems we should address
Build features enhanced with AI, always with an experimentation mindset to augment what other teams are doing
Help other teams integrate AI into their processes and lifecycles
Participate in product reviews and present your work regularly for the company

Salary range

For this position we have a total gross package of 45.000€ to 52.500€. Additionally you'll have Health Insurance, plus other benefits you can check here.
