This time, Pairs (ペアーズ) is looking for a skillful Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can contribute to our business growth by taking responsibilities in performance marketing which highly requires analytical skill set and execution proficiency in performance marketing or growth marketing.
You will work closely with several stakeholders, such as the brand marketing team, accounting team, legal team, and external partners. Pairs Growth marketing team pursue further business growth by implementing several initiatives with a data-driven approach. You will be one of the key contributors by driving our digital marketing including promotions, campaigns on multiple online platforms.
Technical requirements include HTML, XML and Excel and other marketing tools. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction and work well with multiple teams. In addition to having first-class written and verbal communication skills, this Marketing Manager will be able to prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
