What You'll Do

Design, develop, and implement solutions using “Oracle PCMCS” and “FCCS” to meet business requirements for profitability management and financial consolidation.

Collaborate with financial and IT teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Develop application modules for PCMCS and FCCS, including allocation rules, reporting solutions, and consolidation workflows.

Configure, maintain and optimize calculation rules, metadata, hierarchies, and mappings in Oracle EPM cloud environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues, data inconsistencies, and errors within PCMCS and FCCS applications.

Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and training to end-users for effective usage of Oracle PCMCS/FCCS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external consultants to ensure seamless integration between Oracle EPM, ERP, and other systems.

What You Know

Must have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM cloud solutions, specifically PCMCS and FCCS

Expertise in application development, rule design, and optimization within Oracle PCMCS and FCCS.

Hands-on experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and EPM Automate.

Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes, multi-currency environments, and intercompany eliminations.

Familiarity with data integration and knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues within financial systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience working with finance and IT teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field
