Prison Fellowship® trains and inspires churches and communities—inside and outside of prison—to support the restoration of those affected by incarceration. We equip correctional leaders, volunteers, and incarcerated men and women to make prisons more rehabilitative places; we advocate for a more restorative criminal justice system; and we collaborate with churches and local service providers to support former prisoners, their families, and their communities.

What we are looking for:

A driven and mission focused Church Partnerships Manager to analyze and manage a national portfolio of partner church relationships to engage more holistically.

Expectations of this role:

• Implement strong cross-departmental efforts to identify best opportunities for churches in your portfolio
• Help determine best strategy based on church history, affinity, and interests

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a church leadership role
• 2+ years sales/territory recruitment or management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to network, adapt, persevere, and collaborate 
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office, as well as advanced PowerPoint skills
• Ability to learn in-house database
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to travel 25% 
• This is a remote/work from home position

At Prison Fellowship, our goal is to support the total well-being of all our employees. Our outstanding benefits package includes paid leave starting at 39 days (14 holidays, 15 vacation days, 10 sick days) after one year of employment. Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $58,000 and $66,000.
