Job Overview
This role would involve Finance administration for 11 different EMEA countries. The role would be an ideal role for someone looking to learn expand their accounting knowledge within a fast moving and rapidly expanding business dealing with multiple countries.
The Finance Administrator will report directly to the European Finance Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
· Processing new Customer forms, setting up in SAP
· Processing new Vendor forms, setting up in SAP
· Maintaining bank details for suppliers and charities in SAP
· Work on charity files and payments
· Handle accounts receivables and support credit control activities
· Submitting sales invoices through portals, by email, by post
· Completing new supplier forms received from our new customers
· Raising POs Suppliers and maintaining PO document file for Customer Pos
· Portal management
· Customer/Vendor due diligence
· Manage Mailboxes
· Other ad-hoc duties
Desired Qualifications/Skills
- Previous experience in accounts administration or experience in a similar role
- SAP experience desirable (but not essential)
- Microsoft Excel skills essential
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and external contacts at all levels.
- Willingness to learn and broaden your knowledge
