We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Buchhalter Region Nord (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting across our Northern clinic network. Your strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail will drive the financial success of those clinics and our organization. The position is based in Kiel (Schleswig-Holstein) with some travel required to various clinics and practices within the Sanoptis network.
Your mission
  • Own all financial accounting, including sub-ledgers, for several medical care centres.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with HGB. 
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting principles and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Represent and assist the Team Leader for our Northern region.
  • Support the team in external audits and work closely with auditors and the country finance organization.
  • Create all LUX-GAAP/IFRS-entries in consolidation-tool at the level of the individual company codes as well as preparation of the necessary LUX-GAAP/IFRS documentation.
  • Prepare compliance certificates.

Your profile
  • Successfully completed training as tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte*r) and preferably further training as account (Bilanzbuchhalter*in) or business administrator (Fachwirt*in)
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a corporate accounting function.
  • Structured, independent and precise way of working as well as very good organizational skills.
  • Confident handling of Datev and MS-Office. Affinity for IT systems, such as LucaNet, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HGB accounting. 
  • A high degree of initiative, ability to work in a team.
  • Business fluent (C1-level) German and English language skills, both written and spoken. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of internal customer focus.
