Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Type: Minimum 35 hours/week
Monday to Friday, anytime during business hours, 7am and 4pm California Time w. 1 hr unpaid break

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team. The role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, follow-up with potential clients, and light CRM management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients to introduce our products or services.
  • Warm/Hot Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with interested leads to move them through the sales process.
  • Cold and Warm Marketing: Assist in marketing efforts aimed at generating new leads.
  • Lead Scraping: Gather potential leads from online sources for outreach.
  • Sales Calls: Engage with prospects to explain offerings, answer inquiries, and close deals. Potential for commissions.
  • CRM Management (Minor): Update and maintain customer data within the CRM.
  • Estimate/Invoicing: Help create sales estimates and process client invoices.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in cold calling and sales outreach.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
