Salary: Php 60,000.00 - 70,000.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Responsibilities as an Email Marketing Specialist:
• Design, build, and optimize responsive email campaigns using HTML/CSS for effective email coding.
• Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to support eCommerce promotions, leveraging platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar.
• Implement A/B testing strategies, segment lists effectively, and use analytics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with broader brand marketing strategies and promotions.
• Monitor email performance metrics, interpret data to draw insights, and adjust strategies to improve deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Qualifications as an Email Marketing Specialist:
• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist with a focus on U.S. brand marketing and eCommerce.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS for email coding, responsive email design, and optimization.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress for managing promotional campaigns and eCommerce store activities.
• Excellent written communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and brand alignment.
• Strong understanding of U.S. brand marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and adapt based on data insights to meet KPIs.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work
• Strategic and analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Tools & Software
• Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, Semrush, Asana/Trello, Social Media Channels, MS Suite.
