We’re looking for an innovative, driven and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in the DACH region. Responsibilities


  • Take ownership of end-to-end management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (events & webinars, email, social media, online advertising, partner marketing, etc.), including campaign development, execution, measurement, and alignment with revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners like AWS to plan and execute partner-centric marketing initiatives that drive joint business growth.
  • Develop and implement pipeline generation and conversion campaigns
  • Plan, organize, and manage events such as (sponsored) trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and live sessions that enhance brand presence and achieve business goals.
  • Design nurturing strategies, programs, and messaging in close collaboration with SDRs, Sales, and other team members to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Create engaging and informative content (e.g. blog posts, whitepapers, case studies) highlighting AllCloud services.
  • Address region-specific needs, including brand awareness and localization efforts, to meet diverse audience expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics and budget spend, and optimize where appropriate.
  • Support the field team with necessary tools and support to drive business growth effectively.
  • Assist with organizational tasks such as MDF funding, procurement processes, and related administrative support.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of (partner) marketing experience, preferably in demand generation, field marketing, or event marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks from ideation to execution.
  • Event experience is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and data-driven marketing is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
