Job description

SUMMARY

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Professional to join our team and own the book of business for Florida. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record of high-level success in the heavy duty truck parts industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for each assigned account, visiting prospective and existing customers, and providing excellent customer service to ensure top-notch brand awareness.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement and maintain expansive growth strategies for new and existing accounts
  • Frequently travel for on-site visits to prospective and existing customers
  • Grow revenue within each assigned customer by building and maintaining relationships
  • Train customers how to optimize ordering parts through our various channels
  • Identify threats and investigate solutions to lost business and customer conflicts 
  • Partner with cross-functional departments: growth, marketing, and customer service
  • Develop a keen awareness of the competition and competitive products
  • Analyze sales reports to ensure both internal and external targets are achieved


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in the automotive or heavy-duty industry required
  • 5 years of Sales and Account Management experience required
  • Proven track record of success in closing sales and exceeding sales targets 
  • Must possess a current and valid driver license with an insurable driving record
  • Must be located in Florida


COMPENSATION & PERKS

  • Florida - based Remote
  • Base Compensation + Commission + equity = up to $250,000 total compensation
  • Travel required - 95%

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $75,000 + commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
