5+ years Audio-Visual Project Management experience, 5+ years managing vendor relationships, CAPM and/or PMP preferred, Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Project and Excel, Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead and oversee all projects within the program
- Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate resources and ensure satisfactory project performance
- Report on pending opportunities and manage risk
- Maintain high customer service standards for all projects
