Job description

We are looking for a freelance Senior SAP Treasury Specialist.

Join our Financial Systems team, where we bridge the gap between technology and finance, managing SAP, HANA, and related third-party systems. We aim to transform SAP interactions by creating a finance application platform that simplifies business processes and enhances financial insights. This role involves significant work with SAP Treasury, S4 HANA, and integrations with financial modules, playing a vital role in both day-to-day system optimization and strategic project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SAP Treasury solutions, customizing or modifying functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Treasury systems with a focus on integration with SAP FI and Payments.
  • Collaborate with business owners and digital teams to design solutions that align with business objectives and drive process improvements.
  • Provide support and training for key users, manage incident resolution, and ensure a smooth go-live experience for new features.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of hands-on SAP Treasury experience, with expertise in configuration and process mapping in both ECC and S4 HANA.
  • Proficient in Treasury processes such as Cash Management, Cash Flow Forecasting, Intercompany Loans, and FX Trades. Knowledge of In-House Cash is required; Bank Communication Management is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Treasury-to-FI integration, hedging processes, and business requirement translation into technical design.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with integration of digital platforms/legacy systems and, ideally, ABAP code debugging.
