Job Specific

• To support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
• To respond to data and product related inquiries to support business and technical teams
• To be responsible for developing and executing tools/reports to monitor and report on data quality
• To conduct in-depth review and find out root cause of bad data - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• To conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new feature
• To provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization
• To provide training support for business units when needed
• To work with management to prioritize business and information needs Data Analysis
• To input and extract data from SalesForce.com Others
• To handle tasks assigned by the Management
• Completes other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirement

• Attention to detail as data analysis and reporting must be precise
• An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
• Knowledge of SalesForce administration and reporting is highly preferred
• Excellent computing skills in office software including Excel (Formulas, Pivot Table, Data Management), Word (Mail Merge), PowerPoint and Outlook
• Fluency (speaking, reading and writing) in English and Chinese
• Knowledge of other Asian language(s) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude to get things done – either to meet individual or team objectives/goals
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels within organization
• Ability to learn and understand ACAMS’s services and training offerings (Study of the ACAMS Coursework is required)
• Familiarity with banking and finance, training, financial institution regulation or compliance a plus
