Job Description: CRM System Management & Appointment Setting VA

Job Summary:
The company seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Specialist. The ideal candidate will generate high-quality leads, manage customer relationships, and schedule appointments with potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    Identify and qualify leads through cold and warm calling, as well as other outreach methods.
    Build rapport and generate interest using effective communication techniques.
    Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Appointment Setting:
    Schedule appointments between prospects and YAMO Premier Properties team members utilizing Calendly scheduling app.
    Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up.
    Track and manage appointment schedules for optimized time management.
  • CRM Management:
    Set up and maintain the KVCore (Boldtrail) CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
    Input accurate and current information into the CRM.
    Generate reports and analyze performance metrics using the CRM.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Proactive, with the ability to anticipate business needs for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High proficiency in KVCore (Boldtrail) CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
