About The Role

We are seeking Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collaborate in the creation of continuing education courses focused on commercial appraisal. If you have deep expertise in commercial real estate appraisal and a passion for sharing knowledge, this opportunity is for you!

• Review and make recommendations for clear and measurable course objectives.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

• Ability to translate industry-specific knowledge into educational materials that resonate with a professional audience.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Courses or certifications specifically focused on commercial real estate appraisal.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a commercial real estate appraiser.
• Proficiency in Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
• Proficiency in appraisal software and other relevant technology tools.
• Familiarity with data analysis and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent written communication skills.
  
  

Preferred

• Designations such as MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) or CRE (Counselor of Real Estate).
• Experience teaching or training related to commercial real estate appraisal.
