  • Determine short- and long-term solutions in response to errors and process deficiencies, regularly implement operational quick wins, and continuously promote improvement across the Marketing function.
  • Develop and deliver internal training to ensure companywide compliance with channel-specific processes and associated QA requirements.
  • Contribute to formal reviews of vendors, systems, processes, and operational mechanisms and help identify and prioritize opportunities to drive standardization and optimization.
  • Deliver regular updates to stakeholders and engage with internal partners to manage feedback and expectations.
  • Engage with a variety of marketing technology and platforms including Workfront, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Relay, InstaPage, Intercom, WalkMe, and Seismic.

  • Analytic skills – hands-on, detail-oriented professionalism combined with excellent technical, analytical, planning, evaluation, and implementation skills
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit – comfortable working with ambiguity, providing structure to unstructured situations
  • Clear and effective communication and presentation skills on process optimization initiatives and outcomes to all levels of the organization
  • Thirst for knowledge, swiftness to adapt, and enthusiasm for change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Teams
