Role Overview:

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their successful adoption, satisfaction, and growth with our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly sales and product, to solve complex client challenges, mitigate client risks, drive client renewals, and identify opportunities for growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our product.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, enabling maximum adoption, minimizing risk, securing retention and identify areas for client growth.
  • Understand clients’ business goals and generate tailored success plans to optimize client ROI.
  • Lead negotiations and support the close of renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and act on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to advocate for clients’ needs and provide feedback on product enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze client data to ensure optimal usage and additional product engagement of the platform and provide actionable insights.
  • Solve complex business challenges by leveraging a deep understanding of both financial and technical systems.

Requirements

•  3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role.

•  Previous experience working in a startup environment is highly preferred.

•  Strong background in financial technology or enterprise-level tech companies.

•  Strong experience with client success software such as Gainsight and Hubspot.

•  Proven experience with deal-making, negotiations, and managing client relationships in a revenue-driven environment.

•  Ability to solve complex problems and provide data-driven insights.

•  Experience working with data analytics tools, CRMs, or client reporting systems.

•   A growth mindset with a drive to advance in your career and adapt in a fast-growing company.

•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
