Job description

In this role, you will play a key part in driving our mission to make manufacturing the most secure industry in the world. As we are spearheading a major initiative in the cybersecurity OT field, you will drive adoption and renewal on a global scale while working with some of the world's leading manufacturing brands.

In this position, you will be reporting to Jesper Sønderby Andersen, our Head of Global Customer Success.

Your mission

As our new Customer Success Manager, your main goal will be to enhance the speed of implementation processes, boost adoption among global customers and drive customer base expansion and increase renewals.

  • Lead efforts in expanding our customer base and securing renewals, vital for our growth and sustainability
  • Manage customer implementations from start to finish, ensuring seamless transitions from kick-off to go-live
  • Drive customer adoption, helping them fully utilize our cybersecurity OT products
  • Build lasting relationships, guiding customers towards achieving maximum value from our services
  • Engage in impactful interactions with customers, monitor progress and provide insights to enhance ROI
  • Represent the voice of the customer by channeling their feedback to our product teams
  • Advise customers based on your deep understanding of our product and industry, optimizing their platform experience
  • Track and report on customer success metrics, both internally and to key customer stakeholders

Who we’re looking for:

  • You’ve got a knack for fostering adoption among a diverse, global client base within complex stakeholder environments
  • You’ll use your project management skills to navigate our specialized, cutting-edge cybersecurity OT products
  • You are excited about the opportunity to build a global Customer Success function from the ground
  • You are fluent in German and English and based in either Denmark or Germany, working fully remote but visiting our Copenhagen HQ at least once per month
