Role 🎨
At Mindbloom, you will have a massive impact crafting the future of mental health and wellbeing alongside colleagues who are trailblazers and pioneers. As Head of Operations, you will transform lives by scaling the backbone of accessible, life-saving psychedelic therapy while significantly reducing costs.
• Profitability: Boost profitability by strategically reducing new client costs across all the care teams (200+ individuals) fueling Mindbloom’s growth and mission
• Drive Scalable, Life-Saving Access: Forecast and deliver clinician and guide capacity, ensuring clients get the life-saving care they need without delay
• Seamless Client Journeys: Minimize reschedules and fulfillment issues, delivering reliable, transformative experiences to every client
• Operationalize Breakthrough Therapies: Operationalize two new clinical products, expanding access to next-generation mental health treatments

Given Mindbloom’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of role and compensation will be reflective of your level.  The estimated annual salary range for this role is $190,000 - $240,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, and on market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and benefits elected.
