Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations and Sales Support:

Trip Planning and Customization:

Payment and Documentation Management:

• Ensure clients have the correct travel documents and that payments are processed smoothly.
• Issue tickets and vouchers in line with company protocols.

Problem Solving and Client Satisfaction:
