Job description

This is a remote position.

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with an hour unpaid break. Time zone varies depending on the target US state

Position Overview:
As an SDR, you will be responsible for outbound lead generation, engaging potential clients, and setting appointments for Account Executives. This role is ideal for a proactive and resilient sales professional with experience in cold calling and B2B outreach within the restaurant or delivery platform space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers, effectively communicating the value of our software solutions.
  • Research potential leads and strategically approach restaurants that could benefit from our software.
  • Engage prospects through targeted outreach to generate interest in our product and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and ensure a seamless handover to the sales team.
  • Update and manage CRM entries to keep track of interactions and prospect status.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, appointments set, and qualified leads generated.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with outbound cold calling, particularly within a B2B setting.
  • Background in the U.S. restaurant industry, food delivery platforms, or related field is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation processes.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to handle objections and maintain a positive rapport.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with B2B accounts within a tech or software-focused company.
  • Knowledge of current trends and challenges in the restaurant industry, particularly around digital transformation and operations.
