Job description

This is a remote position.

Client Success Manager (Independent Contractor)
Location: Open to residents of the Philippines and Colombia

Schedule and Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 3 positions: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippine Time (1-hour unpaid break)
  • 1 position: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Philippine Time (1-hour unpaid break)

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated Client Success Managers with strong HR backgrounds and a proven track record of driving outsourcing growth with international clients. Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators, detail-oriented, and possess experience managing client relationships within the recruitment, staffing, or BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients utilizing our outsourced staffing services.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client concerns and providing expert guidance.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by effectively resolving issues and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team to fulfill client staffing needs.
  • Partner with the Staff Services Team to ensure the ongoing performance and satisfaction of outsourced staff.

Work-from-Home Requirements:

  • Minimum of 25 Mbps postpaid internet (for a two-member household)
  • Personal computer with admin access (i3 processor or equivalent, 8 GB RAM)
  • Noise-canceling headset
  • HD webcam
