Job description

Frontline Call Center is hiring remote customer service professionals in AR, CO, MI, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, & VA. Candidates must reside in the U.S. 


Position Overview

Use information technology to further Frontline Call Center’s ability to meet client demands and to support the call center’s structural tasks and upkeep. 


Role: Jr. IT Specialist
IT Specialists are expected to use Frontline’s hardware and software to meet the technical needs of the company and of its clients. This will include employee-facing, client-facing, and customer-facing solutions.


Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication 
  • Detail-oriented multitasking 
  • Proficient computer navigation skills 
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities 
  • Ability to research and implement solutions 
  • Familiarity with various MS Office products 
    • Intermediate MS Excel knowledge 
    • Intermediate MS Word knowledge 
    • Basic MS Outlook knowledge 
  • Versatility based on ongoing on-the-job learning 
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and infrastructure 
  • Ability to work independently and create task flows 


Preferred:

  • Fundamental knowledge of any one object-oriented programming language 
  • Strong project management skills 


Job & Training Requirements

  • Training: Weekdays, approximately 8 am – 4:30 pm PST
  • Availability: Weekdays, approximately 8 am – 4:30 pm PST, flexible as needed
  • Workspace: Quiet, secure environment, free from background noise


Technical Requirements:

  • Windows Desktop/Laptop (No Macs/Chromebooks)
  • Minimum 16GB RAM (Or Higher)
  • Dual Monitors
  • High-Quality USB Headset
  • Hardwired Internet Connection, WiFi is not allowed
    • Minimum Internet Speeds: 20 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload, <20ms ping
      • Visit SpeedTest.net to test your speed
    • Note: Mobile Hotspots, or 5G Home Internet Providers (T-Mobile, Verizon) are not allowed.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $17.00–$18.00 DOE
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (eligible after 60 days)
  • Sick Leave: Eligible after 6 months
  • PTO & 401k: Eligible after 1 year with company match
  • Bonuses: Perfect Attendance Quarterly Bonus
