Job description

Job Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers over the phone, reviewing options and providing personalized recommendations through a consultative approach.
  • Communicate honestly and confidently about each client’s situation and available options, ensuring transparency.
  • Conduct outbound calls and send emails to follow up with qualified inbound leads generated by our marketing team (no cold calling required).
  • Process electronic agreements and manage the lead pipeline, maintaining consistent and proactive follow-up.
  • Organize and manage your schedule and lead database to meet performance metrics and goals.
  • Diligently document client interactions and update customer status in the system.
  • Enroll qualified clients into FCDR’s program, adhering to all compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Phone Sales Experience: Preferably within financial services (not required). If you’re eager and have the drive to learn, we offer training to become a top-performing sales consultant.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish): Preferred.
  • Results-Driven: Competitiveness and drive to excel in a fast-paced sales environment, consistently meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong listener and communicator.
  • Positive and Proactive Attitude: Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with computers, data entry, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: Able to handle a high volume of calls and effectively work with clients in emotionally challenging situations.
  • Commitment to Attendance: Strong attendance required during the first two months of on-the-job training.
