Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $88,300.00 - $147,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing daily campaign management of Digital Advertising (DV360, Xandr and other DSPs, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) for Cox Automotive related properties and our clients. This includes direct optimization, creative asset retrieval & Implementation, basic troubleshooting, basic ad creation, budget management, and maintaining campaign performance against target KPI’s. 55%
Interact daily with internal & external teams including but not limited to agencies, advertisers, sales, and vendors. In regards to creative assets, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and process issues, troubleshooting, etc. 15%
Provides performance reporting for clients, ad hoc reporting requests, analyzing delivery and providing insights to leadership. 15%
Represent Cox Automotive Marketing in any client meeting, either in-person or remote. 5%
Maintain strong working relationships with the Client Services, Product, Analytics and Ad Ops teams, keeping them apprised of any issues or anomalies that impacts the larger business. 5%

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years experience in a related field
- Understanding of the digital advertising technology landscape, media buying and experience interacting with many of the leading players and platforms
- Advertiser, platform, relevant publisher work experience
- Online media buying/ad trafficking experience using various ad platforms (i.e., Facebook, Google DV360, YouTube, Xandr)
- Experience with online ad serving concepts, metrics and media types such as social, display and video
- Proven experience working directly with clients and participating with sales on client visits
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the various forms of online creative formals preferred (HTML, JAVA, rich media, etc.)
- Experience related to backend ad server framework and algorithms
- Knowledge of bid management environments such as Programmatic buying and bid management
- Proven expertise in quality assurance and 3rd party platform troubleshooting processes
- Fluency in mathematical concepts relevant to media planning and purchasing
- Proven ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written documentation to all levels within the organization.
- Advanced understanding of ad tags, pixel creation and implementation
- Proven ability to identify and analyze trends in data; deciphering underlying causes and communicating results to clients.
