ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (EMEA)

A bit about the role…

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing UK-based Sales Team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our EMEA sales strategy and expanding our presence in the market. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprises to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions. Your success in this role will directly impact our growth and market presence. WHO YOU ARE: 

  • You hold a minimum of 3-5 years in an Account Executive role, ideally in Enterprise SaaS.

  • You enjoy travel - and have the ability to travel into UK + North Europe on occasion.

  • You effortlessly build relationships and trust with peers and customers, and intuitively understand people.

  • You are experienced and confident in communicating complex ideas clearly and are effective in your negotiation and closing skills. 

  • You are confident and comfortable presenting to executives with the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior leadership.

  • You are highly motivated - Targets and goals are meant to be exceeded, not met.

  • You are proficient in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • You strategically hunt, nurture, and close leads through a consultative and solutions sales approach.

  • You can see and communicate the big picture (the value to our customers), whilst also having a command of the features and differentiation of our offering.

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive with the ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • You can prioritize tasks effectively with limited direction.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Be eligible to work in the UK;

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Define target accounts for the territory and execute comprehensive account plans.

  • Proactively identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts, including champions, decision-makers, and influencers.

  • Define and execute on account plans with a strong focus on consultative solution selling.

  • Conduct customer discovery sessions, perform product demos, and manage pilot projects to demonstrate product value.

  • Deliver maximum revenue potential through managing complete and complex sales-cycles; forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Engineering, Marketing and Product teams to align on customer needs and product capabilities.
