Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Sales & Customer Experience Internship to join the Pass & Seymour Team. Legrand has a summer 2025 internship opportunity for a Digital Sales & Customer Experience Intern (REMOTE). The purpose of this position is to analyze key customer purchase behavior and key levers that drive sales lift for the Electrical Wiring Systems business teams.  This position works with internal/external customers expanding their eCommerce sales along with Product Management and Flywheel Digital Agency to expedite digital growth and adoption..

 

What Will You Do?

  • Establish a new product launch dashboard with Flywheel Digital that captures and supports EWS customers, Product Managers and Marcom
  • Track growth and ROI for EWS products pre & post One Space content enhancements
  • Sharing results with Legrand PDQ team to establish PDQ impact analysis
  • Create a “product review/editorial” test using Seller Rocket and Flywheel to determine if digital tool can reverse negative CX (consumer experiences)
  • Measure impact of expanding Vorys eControl policies for our distribution and retail customers
  • Support 3PL test for digital drop shipments and new product kitting/bundling tests
  • Support June 2024 Lightovation customer meetings (expanding 3P digital distbution)
  • Support the team with projects and duties as needed

Education

  • Individuals considered for this position should be actively pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or similar field of study.

 Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be available full-time (up to 40 hours/week) in the summer
  • Ability to work in a remote capacity

Interpersonal Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); comfortable with technology and analysis of customer reporting
  • Demonstrate curiosity and an eagerness to learn
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple and competing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, plan, coordinate and manage own work
