Overview:
As the Change Engagement Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in change communication for upcoming company changes through creating engaging and exciting video content. This position is pivotal in showcasing both systemic updates and new services offered to clients, utilizing compelling visual storytelling to ensure clear and effective communication of change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the technical skills to bring their vision to life. You will collaborate closely with various departments to gather information and ensure the content aligns with the company’s goals and resonates with the target audience. This role requires a creative mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. This is an exempt position.
Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Develop and produce video content that effectively communicates upcoming company changes, ensuring clarity and engagement to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with change management teams to align video content with strategic communication plans, ensuring consistency and coherence in messaging across all platforms.
- Scriptwriting: Develop compelling scripts that effectively communicate the intended message and engage the target audience.
- Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with the company’s brand and objectives.
- Understanding Audience Needs: Analyze and understand the target audience to create content that resonates and engages effectively.
- Template Development: Develop templates for easy and efficient creation of video content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand project requirements and ensure the video content aligns with overall company goals.
- Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a video content strategy that maximizes engagement and reach.
- Quality Assurance: Review and refine video content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Travel required less than 5%.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in film production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 3 years’ experience creating informative video content.
- Proven experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Strong scriptwriting skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Camtasia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team building and leadership skills.
- Excellent time management skills – organizing, prioritizing, multitasking, and problem solving.
- Proven accountability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- The employee is expected to be punctual and ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
- The employee will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly.
- Ability to build relationships with all levels of leadership and provide constructive feedback.
- Collect and present complex projects, data, and analysis to the intended audience.

Compensation Information:
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $72,500 to $87,500.
