Overview:
BerryDunn is seeking a Project Management Support Specialist who will facilitate, perform, and manage meeting coordination, preparations, note-taking, and project-related tracking logs for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation project with our local government clients. You will be responsible for assisting the project management team in the research, review, and analysis of various project related activities and tasks.
Travel Expectations: Travel to client sites can range up to 50%
You Will:
- Assistance in the development, review, distribution, and presentation of project status reports
- Maintains and manages project action items, issues, risks, and decisions
- Analysis, review, and management of vendor supplied documentation
- Assistance in deliverable creation, facilitation, tracking, and maintenance
- Coordinates and manages the scheduling of meetings
- Facilitates and manages any required meeting follow-up (action items, issues, risks, and decisions)
- Assists in required meeting preparations (agenda, meeting materials, etc.)
- Participation in staff/team meetings and trainings
- Frequent, clear, and consistent communication to the client, team members, vendor, and direct reports
- Performs assigned administrative tasks efficiently and effectively, asking questions when instructions are unclear
You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS). May substitute four years of applicable experience for degree.
- One year minimum project management experience.
- Knowledgeable in quality assurance/control procedures and demonstrated proactive problem management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a team setting.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal skills.
- Excellence in the areas of time management, flexibility, and attention to details.
- One year minimum experience coordinating, scheduling, and managing meetings (inclusive of meeting preparations and follow-up)
Compensation Details:
The base salary range targeted for this role is $70,000 - $95,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
