About the role:

The company you will be working for provides customer support for global brands. In this role you will support Danish speaking customers of a global streaming service, helping them with technical issues and providing account assistance.

What will you do:

  • Listen carefully and help customers over the phone, email or chat
  • Use a CRM system to manage and track customer issues
  • Make sure every customer is satisfied
  • Share ideas and solutions with your team
  • Enjoy your time living in Greece!
