Our innovation is aimed at enhancing loading speeds, boosting conversion rates, offering diverse payment methods, and more. Each month, individuals worldwide donate tens of millions of dollars through our platform. We are the go-to fundraising solution for some of the world's leading non-profit organizations. The UNICEF, Barack Obama, the Alzheimer's Association, and many others leverage our platform for their online fundraising needs.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Partner Manager to oversee our partnerships with vendors who natively integrate with Fundraise Up, use our API integration, or run parallel to our solution. This role is crucial in expanding our integration ecosystem, driving mutual growth, and ensuring the seamless integration of Fundraise Up's technology with our partners' offerings. You will play a key role in our 2025-2026 strategy to grow our API partnerships and contribute to our goal of being the best choice across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partner engagement strategies for API integration partners, fostering strong relationships and driving mutual success.
  • Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our REST API (both in and out), working closely with internal teams and partners to maximize adoption and integration opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing technology partnerships while identifying and onboarding new strategic integration partners.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth API integrations and provide technical guidance to partners throughout the integration process.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase partner engagement and revenue generation.
  • Create and deliver partner enablement resources, including training materials, webinars, and documentation specific to API integrations.
  • Work closely with the Partner team to align API integration efforts with overall partnership strategies and goals.
  • Represent Fundraise Up at relevant industry events and conferences to promote our API capabilities and foster new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales) to ensure API features and functionality meet partner and market needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management or solution engineering, preferably with a focus on API or technical integrations in the SaaS or nonprofit technology sector
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs and integration processes
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful partner programs, particularly in the technical integration space
  • Experience with partner management platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Partner Fleet, Crossbeam) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

If you're excited about building and optimizing API integration partnerships that drive mutual growth and success in the nonprofit technology sector, we want to hear from you!
