Requirements
▪ You have 3-5 years of experience as a product manager, ideally in the SaaS sector.
▪ You have a deep understanding of agile methods and experience in agile product development.
▪ You are strong in analyzing market and user data and make data-based decisions.
▪ You have experience in creating product roadmaps, features, user stories and specifications.
▪ You are a strong communicator and know how to bring different stakeholders together.
▪ You have strong strategic and analytical skills while also having a hands-on mentality.
▪ Experience in the public sector is an advantage, but not a requirement.
▪ You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ You actively shape the product vision and develop the product strategy based on it.
▪ You carry out market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities.
▪ You define product roadmaps based on the product strategy and customer feedback.
▪ You develop features and user stories to achieve the defined product goals.
▪ You accompany the entire development and delivery process from start to finish.
▪ You work closely with developers, designers, the sales team and other stakeholders.
▪ You regularly evaluate product success using KPIs and derive optimization measures to improve the user experience and product acceptance.
▪ You build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the public sector in order to better understand their requirements and needs.
