1.業務変革の全体構想立案支援  

2.IT変革の全体構想立案支援(特にクラウドサービス/Salesforceを活用したいクライアント)  

3.各業務の業務分析と変革プランニング(業務プロセス・ITの導入などの解決策提示)  

4.上記のシステム要件定義、設計、開発、導入支援  

5.上記に係るプロジェクトマネジメント  

6.上記に係る業務変革支援および定着化支援

  • Position:

    • Collaborate with executives on Salesforce business development. As the Salesforce business is currently small, it is expected to be built up together with the executives in the near term.
    • Participation in Salesforce projects.

    Responsibilities: Provide clients with support in transforming customer interaction management by helping to implement and establish optimal use of Salesforce.

    1. Support for planning the overall vision for business transformation.
    2. Support for planning the overall vision for IT transformation (particularly for clients wanting to utilize cloud services/Salesforce).
    3. Analyze business operations and plan transformations (proposing solutions such as business process improvements and IT implementations).
    4. Define system requirements, design, develop, and support implementation.
    5. Project management related to the above tasks.
    6. Support business transformation and ensure its establishment.
Minimum Requirements
  • 社会人経験2年~20年程度の方
  • 学士号以上、もしくは準ずる資格をお持ちの方
  • Salesforceを始めとしたCRM導入経験をお持ちの方
  • ERPなどのパッケージ導入の経験等があり、CRM領域に興味をお持ちの方

*Manager以上につきましては、Salesforce導入経験が必須となります。

Conditions / Benefits

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 ~ 20,000,000JPY

*Overtime allowance: fixed overtime allowance *Salary and rank will be determined based on experience and ability. *Plus allowances, incentives and transport costs paid.
