Job description

Location: Philippines


About the role: Sales Assistant will support the service team by handling administrative tasks, including creating quotes for repairs, processing orders for repairs, swaps, and replacements, and monitoring the status of these orders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and customers.


What will you do:

  • Create accurate and timely quotes for repair services
  • Process orders for repairs, product swaps, and replacements
  • Monitor and track the status of orders created to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with the sales, orders and support teams to ensure seamless order processing
  • Maintain records of orders, quotes, and correspondence with customers
  • Assist in preparing reports related to order fulfilment and performance metrics.

What you will bring:

  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role in international environment
  • Knowledge of sales processes and familiarity with product order repair and replacement workflows
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with order management systems and CRM tools (experience with Zoho is a plus)
  • Fluent English

You have:

  • Focus to detail and accuracy in creating quotes and processing orders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
