SUMMARY
WHAT IS DISA JITC TEC II? DISA's mission is to conduct DODIN operations for the joint warfighter to enable lethality across all warfighting domains in defense of our Nation. DISA is a combat support agency of the Department of Defense (DoD). The agency is composed of more than 8,000 military and civilian employees. The agency provides, operates, and assures command and control and information-sharing capabilities and a globally accessible enterprise information infrastructure in direct support to joint warfighters, national level leaders, and other mission and coalition partners across the full spectrum of military operations.
Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract provides technical solutions for the DOD in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services and T&E enabling services. JITC’s service requirements are categorized in the following areas: T&E Performance Requirements, T&E Capability Management Requirements, T&E Capability Requirements, and Overarching Contract and Task Order (TO) Requirements. TEC Services are provided to DoD Combatant Commanders/Services/Agencies, federal and state agencies, coalition partners, and commercial entities to aid in the design, development, acquisition, integration, deployment, operational use, and sustainment of new and enhanced Information Technology/National Security System capabilities.


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·       Perform evaluations for various/multiple business for Standard Financial Information Structure-Compliance.  Evaluation will focus on five key areas:  Chart of Accounts alignment with the Department of Defense (DoD) USSGL/SFIS requirements; Posting logic in accordance with the DoD USSGL Transaction Library; Implementation of latest SFIS data requirements and business rules; Interoperability of relevant inbound/outbound interfaces specifications/data maps to ensure conformance with the most current SFIS/SLOA version; and Defense Departmental Reporting System (DDRS) trial balance review, including Tie-Point Reconciliations.
·       Review system under test interface data and applicable inbound/outbound interface specification/data maps to determine the extent to which they comply with the SFIS/SLOA standards.  Verify that the SFIS/SLOA data elements are being exchanged in accordance with the interface.
·       Coordinate with candidate system owners.
·       Develop briefings and brief high ranking officials.
·       Conduct Compliance Assessments.
·       Develop Assessment processes and procedures.
·       Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule.
·       Develop Assessment Report for each system under test.
·       Attend and participate in multiple meetings and teleconferences with the Government and external customers and partners.
·       Assist in development of Certification processes and procedures.
·       Collaborate and support team lead and support analysts.

Education, Background, and Years of Experience
·       Requires a Master’s degree; or a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience.  One year of experience can be substituted by 15 semester hours completed towards a Master’s degree in a directly related curriculum.  The degree must be in a relevant technical curriculum and experience must be related to the job duties.

·       Must be able to multitask and be organized.

·       Knowledge and experience with office productivity tools including Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint.
·       Must be a self-starter and motivated with the ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
·       Analytical minded with the ability to learn, understand and implement customer processes and objectives.
·       Adaptability to change based on updated guidance and directives from customer and future initiatives.
