Business Development Representative

Position Overview

Leading provider of innovative business productivity software, aimed at helping companies streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative.

In this role, you will identify and engage with potential clients, demonstrating the value of the company’s software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Engage with potential clients through multiple channels, including outbound calling, email outreach, social networking platforms, and inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to uncover prospects' challenges, objectives, and requirements.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations, highlighting the unique advantages and features of the company’s business productivity software.
  • Present personalized proposals and pricing strategies that align with the specific needs and budgets of clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of activities, client communications, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, inside sales, B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Highly motivated, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
