Job description

This is a remote position.


Full time position:  Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CDT with 1 hour unpaid lunch (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Manila Time)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation:

    • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and account executives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Follow up on inquiries from potential clients and provide detailed information about our products/services.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

    • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Service:

    • Provide support and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand and contribute to sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Reporting:

    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
    • Track sales metrics and analyze data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
